The patient installs the HUG @ home app on their phone.The healthcare professional offers and schedules the teleconsultation session.The patient receives an SMS initiating the teleconsultation, which will take place in the application. HUG @ home provides the following features:- Video or audio consultation, initiated by a healthcare professional- Exchange of text messages with the healthcare professional- Teleconsultation notification- Transmission of orders in PDF
